I just want to thank these three individuals for renewing my love for wrestling. For awhile I stopped watching Raw and Smackdown and the other shows, simply because it wasn't exciting me anymore. I didn't find joy and pure excitement tuning in every week, wondering what the WWE would throw at us. So, I stopped.
 
Sometimes i'd go on Dirtsheet sites and see what was happening, just trying to somewhat still know what was going on in the company while I wasn't watching it anymore. And I still had my favorites, and I liked to keep up with them.
 
And then this little group known as 'The Shield' deputed at Survivor Series.
 
Truth be told I knew next to nothing about any of them. Never heard of any of them before then. (i don't really follow the indy scene like i probably should be) But I was intrigued so I looked them up.
 
Dean Ambrose/Jon Moxley has to be my favorite member. At first glance i'd proably say Seth was my favorite. (i like his hair, okay?) But then I got to know more about Dean and his career and it really shocked me how amazing he is. The dude knows how to cut a promo and his wrestling skills aren't all that bad either I must say. He's not the most buff guy, but he can hold his own in that ring and that says a lot. I love the whole crazy/unstable guy that Ambrose/Mox tends to be. He sells it amazingly well. It suits him. And I personally can't wait to see him grow as a wrestler in the WWE. Just hopefully WWE doesn't fu.ck him up. JUST LET THE MAN BE HIM, PLEASE! Thanks.
 
Then there's Seth Rollins/Tyler Black. I haven't gotten the whole backstory on Rollins yet, you know back when he was Tyler Black and not Seth Rollins. But from what i've seen so far that boy can wrestle. He's an amazing athlete, he's won me over for sure. He's unique in his own way, whether it be his wrestling style, or even his skunk hair. It's a bit different and I like it a lot. He's another guy I can't wait to see someday as a possible World Champion. I'm sure he could thrive as a singles competitor. And in all honestly I think that's were i'd like to see him the most, maybe as a 'babyface' champion. He can make the heel thing work, but I just think he's more comfortable as a face. I see good things for you Rollins, don't let me down.
 
And last but not least, Roman Reigns. This guy has also got a good thing going for him if he keeps it up. He doesn't have as much experience as the other two, but it sure as hell doesn't show much. Sure he could work on his mic skills, and fix a few things in the ring, but whatever. He's still impressed me. And it also helps his career that he's freakin' RELATED TO THE ROCK. That could really get him places even if he sucked. Whick he doesn't and i'm glad.
 
All in all I love this group, and i'm so glad the WWE hasn't just thrown them aside like the Nexus or other heel factions. They actually seem to be putting some faith into these guys and that makes me really happy. And I know some day they'll disband, i'm not that stupid. Then they'll hopefully go on to bigger and better things ahead. But for now i'm happy with them being just the way that they are.
